Hurling
Try your hand at the fast paced game of Hurling, one of the national sports of Ireland. We will gather at Veterans Park, on the shores of Lake Michigan, for an introduction to the sport that will cover the basic skills necessary to play the game and will conclude with a short match.

Widely considered to be the fastest game on grass, Hurling is one the most skillful sports played today. When first experiencing a hurling match, you'll notice that the components of other sports such as baseball, field hockey, rugby, and soccer are realized in the game. A good hurler uses many skills that require agility, fitness, hand-eye coordination, strength, bravery and teamwork.

5K Run/Walk
Participation includes a commemorative t-shirt, free refreshments and admission to the famous Milwaukee Irish Fest. Note - involvement in the 5k Run/Walk requires additional registration. Please indicate if interested in participating when registering for the reunion.
For those looking to support a worthy cause while stimulating both mind and body, the Arthritis Foundation's Run/Walk to Milwaukee Irish Fest is a 5K run and walk along Milwaukee's beautiful lakefront on the Saturday morning of the festival. Proceeds support the Arthritis Foundation research into finding an answer to the nation's most common cause of disability.

Luncheon - Registration Required
A Clan Reunion Luncheon will be held at The Garage, a restuarant owned and operated by MOJOFUCO, of which Kristyn St. Denis nee O'Laughlin is a partner. This will be the best opportunity for all of us to gather outside of the festival as a family to share experiences and continue to make connections. Everyone, young and old, is encouraged to attend this event that will help culminate the entire reunion.
“The Hi Hat Lounge grew into the adjacent area, which was appropriately named, the Garage. The Garage has a more casual atmosphere. The type of place that is great for patrons to comfortably hang out, catch up, and watch some sports on the massive projector screen. The Garage carries over 70 beers, is open for Brunch on the weekends, carries an awesome menu featuring appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, and varying nightly specials”
Irish Fest
Continue the revelry in the Clan Reunion Tent on the Irish Fest grounds. Join us for a range of events and displays including: local, regional, and Irish family history, presentations, movies, games, storytelling, and arts and crafts for the kids. Irish Fest Parade
Up the Banner! This is our chance to show everyone at Irish Fest our Family Pride, and have some fun in the process. We will have flags for the kids and noise makers are highly encouraged. The parade will line up near the north entrance to the festival and process through the grounds, taking approximately 20-30 minutes depending on the pace.
